  • Take 2 scoops with 24-28 oz of water and drink throughout your workout followed by a whole food meal 30-90 minutes after or when digestion allows
  • Take 1 scoop with 12-16 oz of water and drink throughout your workout immediately followed by 1 scoop with 12-16 oz of water post workout and a whole meal 60-90 minutes after or when digestion allows
