PRE-WORKOUT

Pre-Workout is a powdered supplement that comes in individually packaged servings. It is specially formulated to increase your energy and performance, allowing you to complete massive pumps for bigger gains.

The blend includes ingredients such as taurine and caffeine to keep you energized, along with a selection of nutrients to stimulate blood vessels and the release of beneficial hormones. When taken properly, Pre-Workout should help you lift more with less effort.

The individual packets are convenient for those who exercise outside of the house. You can toss one or two packets into your gym bag to ensure that you get a boost for each workout.

Directions:

Tear open the packet and add the contents of the packet to 6-8 oz of water 15-30 minutes prior to physical activity. Due to it's potency, we recommend taking no more than 1 packet.
